The shell is extruded procedurally from your numbers — footprint, wall height, pitch and roof type — not from a stored model. Terrain comes from the Copernicus elevation dataset and neighbouring footprints from OpenStreetMap, both keyless. Everything is regenerated in the browser each time you move a slider.
